Welcome And The Promise Of Action

Fran

Hello everyone, I'm Fran. Welcome to my channel where we explore business basics and self-improvement to inspire and motivate you. If you're ready to level up, hit subscribe and join the journey. What if your business idea could start today, not just someday? When your business idea shines but you feel stuck right at the start, you're not alone. Today I'm sharing Mindset Magic, the mindset shifts that turn ideas into action for creatives like you. By the end of this session, you'll have three practical mindset shifts to move from idea to action. Hello everyone, I'm Fran, your NLP and business coach. Mindset is a set of underlying beliefs, attitudes and assumptions. It's how you frame your ideas, how you shape your conversations, and the actions you take to reveal what's truly possible. As you listen, you'll notice how ideas begin to unfold in you. Almost as if you're stepping into new patterns without even realizing when, because I'll be guiding you gently and precisely for each part of the journey so that you can apply these principles to your business and daily actions. Get ready to take notes, turn ideas into action, and let's ignite our entrepreneurial potential together. Vision focused mindset is your first step. The outcome is to see the big picture clearly, recognising how each part fits into the whole and identifying the most impactful steps to move towards your long-term goals. Ask yourself what big problem do I want to solve and for whom? If my idea could change someone's life in a year, what would that look like? What one sentence describes the impact I want to have with my idea. Now these can be used as prompts for journaling. You can do a big brain dump with them, you can screenshot the slide and come back to it later, whatever's going to work for you. I'm going to write a one-line vision. So this is I help to buy, and you fill in the blanks. This also works as an I help statement, which is one of those things that um digs you out of a hole when somebody says, So what do you do? So you can say I help, you know, to buy. So an example of this would be something like I help creatives to build businesses by offering simple, clear training. And when you can articulate this, your brain starts aligning small steps to a your bigger goal. So write your your, you know, use it as a vision, use it as your north star, write it in one sentence, keep it visible every day. The action-oriented mindset is your second step. So the outcome is to turn ideas into tiny doable steps that build momentum and create a clear path from idea to action. So I'm definitely the kind of person who takes more consistent steps, and there's a reason for this. If those little steps aren't in place, I will get distracted and wander off. So if you break your your vision, your eye help into a seven-day plan, this will just break it down even more, and then each day do one small task to keep moving yourself towards it. So, for example, you could research a target audience, you could outline you know a basic offer, or you could create the first version of a product that you want to offer. Here are some prompts for you. And as usual, you can brain dump on them, you can journal on it, screenshot it, come back to it later. These are designed to help you and just help you think about things and move yourself forward. So, what's one tiny doable task I can complete in the next 24 hours to move my idea forward? What will I do this week that I can finish and how will I celebrate completing it? If I only had 10 minutes right now, what's the first concrete step I would take to progress my plan? The key is to start with something tiny and celebrate moving forward rather than waiting for perfect conditions. You might learn something new as you work, and that's okay. Let that insight guide your next tiny step. You can do it, and I'm here to be your cheerleader and champion. To elevate your business, I've created a complimentary template bundle. You can download it via the link in the description. Positive language mindset is your third step. The outcome is to use calm, helpful self-talk to keep moving and learn from obstacles. When a negative thought appears, acknowledge it softly and replace it with a practical, encouraging line that invites progress. You might tell yourself, I'm learning now, and every small step shifts me forward. While imagining a clear path unfolding before you, and as you speak, notice the heightened sense of control and the ease of taking the next tiny action, knowing you can adjust as you gain new insights. Here are some prompts for you. You know what to do, I know you know what to do. So you can take a pen and paper and write these out, journal on them, brain dump on it, screenshot it, you know, think about it later. It's all good. So you do you and whatever's going to work, and these are just designed to help move you forward and just to get you thinking about things. So what's one positive phrase I would tell myself today? What thought or belief would make it easier to take the next small step? When I notice a negative thought, what reframe can I use in the moment? That one particularly speaks to me. So I've been challenged with depression for many years, and I didn't realise that I could actually change my mindset. I didn't even realise I had one, I don't think. So the thing about noticing a negative thought, it's to notice it without judgment and just to acknowledge it and just to reframe it. So by reframing, you just change the wording. So rather than you know, I'm not very good, you just change it, like I'm learning and growing. Everyone has thoughts, good ones, bad ones, and in between. It's natural. Positive reframe isn't about shutting down those thoughts, it's about changing how you respond to them. So instead of letting hesitation freeze you in the moment, acknowledge the thought and then choose a small action that moves you forward. And you can replace I can't if I'm learning how to.
